Being a head chef at innisbrook resort for 11 years, i had the privilege to work and learn under some amazingly talented chefs a long side the best chef in all my younger years - my mother. I have learned many different cuisine such as Italian, Asian, Latin, American, BBQ, steaks, and even seafood! After my years at innisbrook, i became a dining director for a senior living facility. In that type of setting you have to be creative, unique, and flavorful with your menus in effort to please and satisfy the taste buds of hundreds of the same residents 3 meals a day through out the 365 days a year. Due to this, my talented team and i have created and executed many different ethical and flavorable food from all over the world. One thing which makes DeLuca's kitchen unique is we love to work with our clients to customize menus that fit their vision and desires.
